The challenge
A two-storey weatherboard home on Barrington Street needed a full re-roof, but the steep pitch and a glass conservatory hard against the back wall left the roofers no safe way to work. The owners also wanted the driveway kept clear for daily use.
What we did
We designed a full perimeter scaffold with a cantilevered section bridging over the conservatory, so no load touched the glass. Edge protection went up around the entire roofline, and we sequenced the build across a single morning to keep the driveway open by lunchtime.
The result
The roofers finished a week-long strip and re-lay without a single access hold-up, the conservatory came through untouched, and the scaffold was down within 24 hours of sign-off.
